The aim is to gain a deeper understanding of each market and identify how InnoNet can best position itself for long-term success. As part of the work, the market potential is analyzed through insights on customer needs, sales channels and the competitive landscape.
This analysis forms an important basis for understanding the market logic and identifying and reaching the right target groups. Based on this, Business Sweden supports InnoNet in establishing contact with relevant actors and potential partners who can contribute to the company's international expansion.
InnoNet AB manufactures and markets products under its own brands P-LIGHT and SPIVA. They are sold in Northern Europe, by ourselves, through distributors and retailers.
We also cooperate with companies that want help with product development/prototypes and contract manufacturing. We have our own design department and draw in 3D CAD.
P-LIGHT
Is a battery and power package for trucks, trailers and trailers. P-LIGHT we have developed and it is sold by us and builders wholesalers and dealers in the Nordic countries and in northern Europe.
SPIVA
Are hydraulic fork carriages developed for Manitou telehandlers in both fixed and rotating versions. They have unique characteristics in terms of visibility, precision and flexibility.
PRODUCTION
We also develop and manufacture customized products such as lighting for agricultural machinery and stands with plates for mounting natural refrigerant chillers.

Our organization is flat and has short decision paths. We have built up a large network of unique suppliers that make us strong and give us great resources in terms of both knowledge and production.
We work mainly with Swedish suppliers and all manufacturing takes place in Sweden. We have a complete business system that allows us to have full control of the entire production chain.
